In this WordPress version, form submissions are sent directly to StepUp Properties by email and stored privately in WordPress for follow-up. No third-party form relay is used.

General enquiries are usually kept for up to two years, while records relating to a tenancy, sale, or legal obligation may be kept for longer where the law requires it. After this, we securely delete or anonymise your information.
